3T imaging parameters
Hi
Am looking for the ranges of acceptable TR and TE's for standard spin echo and gradient echo sequences on a 3T.
Does anyone know these or tell me where I can find this info?

mri room specs
i would like to have some help on room specs from ground up. Our hospital is planning of putting an MRI unit(preferabley open MRI) inhouse. I need some specs for the room on how to construct and design it, what we actually need before bringing the unit in, and whatever information i can get. I appreciate whatever help i can get. thank you very much

Metalic particles into the cornea
For my personal opinion, it is not to expect that these microscopic steel particles are a contraindication for an MRI of the head. An injury of the patient by dislocation or
torque presents not a real risk because of the small size.
The possibility of heating is minimal and can be additional lowered by reducing the SAR. Artifacts may reduce the image quality a little, but diagnostic brain imaging is certainly possible. The use of a mid or low field MRI machine will also reduce any risks.
Hope this will help.
