interleaved slices and mean intensity difference in adjacent slices
On the crosstalk artifact page it says that when interleaved slice acquisition is used, there can be large mean intensity difference between adjacent slices. I would appreciate it if someone could let me know what is the theoretical basis for this and what is meant by "large".
Thanks!
