In our institution we work on a Siemens Magnetom Sympony. My question is: is there a way to export raw data? In order to load .dat files in a in-house written IDL software.
Recently, I'm trying to analyze t2* images.
After I get the raw data,I have no idea how
the t2* map can be produced.
Does anyone have easy way or tool to solve it?
I need some raw data in k-space, that is, before applying 2D FFT on it. I want to implement a program that does the transfrom, in order to exemplify the process. Is there such thing available?
