SAR, Magnetic field and exitation frequency
Could you give me the relation between the SAR and the exitation frequency for a given magnetic field ?

 At two times the field-strength you need four times more RF power. (If you keep the duration of the pulse the same...)

But the exact amount of RF power depends on many more system components. Usually 3T transmit coils are shorter compared to 1.5T, such that less than four times the RF power is needed...
