intracranial cavity volume
Hello,
As part of a clinical trial, I have been asked to calculate Intracanial cavity volumes as well as whole brain, total gray matter, and total white matter volume.
I am on a GE Signa 3.0T running 15x software.
Can anyone give me a clue on how to do this?

Osiris can do this, but it's on a slice by slice basis the last time I tried it, which is quite tedious. And it's not FDA approved for that application, I believe.
But GE probably has a tool you can use for that; why don't you ask your GE rep?
