 Anatomic MRI of the Knee 2  
The interactive T1 weighted image series shows the anatomy of the knee in the coronal plane from the patella to the popliteal space. The T1 weighted images show bright subcutaneous fat and yellow marrow (due to the high fat signal of femur and tibia marrow with lots of protons), dark muscle and black meniscus, tendons and rim of cortical bone (relatively few protons).
